03

Project Execution

All construction work is subject to a signed project agreement between Tana Craftsmen and the client. Any variations to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

  • Progress payments are due at milestones agreed upon in the project scope
  • Final payment is due upon completion and client sign-off of the project
  • Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance
  • All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
05

Warranties & Defects

Tana Craftsmen provides a workmanship warranty on all completed projects as specified in the project agreement. Defects arising from faulty workmanship will be rectified at no additional cost within the warranty period, provided the client notifies us in writing within a reasonable timeframe. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or natural disasters.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as outlined in the contract terms. In the event of cancellation, the client is liable for all work completed, materials purchased, and reasonable costs incurred up to the date of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
